| 摘 要： | 研究生是国家培养的高层次的专门人才，在知识、能力和人格方面相对于本科生有了更为积极显著的发展，社会对他们寄予了较高的期待。在人才济济、竞争激烈的当今社会，面对各种思潮的困扰，研究生们往往表现出不同程度的心理矛盾和心理不适。因此，分析研究生择业心理问题并提出相应的调试对策，对提高研究生的就业竞争力有着重要的现实意义。
