| 摘 要： | 教育信息化对我国高等教育产生着深刻的影响，随着全民学习型社会的建设和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》对继续教育工作的重视，新形势下的继续教育信息化建设是继续教育发展的助推器。创建一套功能完善的继续教育信息化系统，是继续教育信息化建设的核心，信息化系统作为一个信息平台．既要为学生营造数字化的学习环境，同时又要提供完整的教学管理功能，具有复杂的结构和功能。同时，还要在管理理念、管理队伍等方面加强建设，通过齐抓共举来共同保障和提升继续教育的教学质量和管理水平。
