| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化进程以来，江西一直将教育置于战略发展地位，不断加大教育投入，建设高校新园区，大量引进高层次人才，以推动高等教育发展。在此情况下，江西高等教育发展迅速，普通高校数量、高等教育规模、高等教育毛入学率成倍增加，师资结构大大优化，学科建设跨越式发展，人才培养质量显著提高。

| Abstract: | Jiangxi has been placing education on a strategic development status. It has been increasing education fimds, constructing new College Parks in large - scale, bringing in a large number of high - level talents, to promote the development of higher education. Under such circumstances, Jiangxi＇ s higer education develops rapidly. The quantities of college, higher education scale and gross enrollment rate of higher education have multiplied, the structure of teachers has been improved greatly, subject con- struction has been developed by leaps and bounds, and the quality of the training of personnel has been improved significantly. |
