| 摘 要： | 教师的素养和能力直接影响着幼儿园浸入式英语教学的质量和幼儿第二语言(英语)的获得与发展.在当前幼儿园浸入式英语教学中,教师主要存在拖音变调、漠视幼儿汉语反应、简单重复教学内容、教师语言输入量不够、启发引导幼儿学说英语不足等问题.为此教师应重视自身的专业发展,在教学中多采取精致化重复策略、情景化教学策略、引导幼儿学说话的策略、提高教师语言输入量的策略等,以为幼儿创设更好的第二语言学习环境.
