摘    要:文章探讨了当前的就业形势和用人单位的用人需求,分析应用型人才培养的特点和不足。为顺应当前的就业形势,将导师制应用到应用型人才培养中,并取得了良好的效果,不仅提升了就业率,更提高了专业对口率,导师制成为提高就业率的一个有效办法,二者相互促进,能够培养出更多高素质的应用型人才。

Abstract:The article discusses the current employment situation and the employing demand,analyzes the characteristic and deficiency of applied talents training.In order to comply with the current employment situation,the tutor system is applied to the training of application-oriented talents,and have achieved good results,it not only to enhance the employment rate,raising the rate of professional counterparts,the tutorial system has become an effective way to improve the employment rate,the two promote each other,can cultivate more qualified talents.
