| 摘 要： | 实践性教学是成人高等教育提高育人质量的关键性环节，但在实际办学过程中，重理论轻实践已经成为成人教育的普遍状态，严重影响教学质量，制约成人高等教育的发展，本文试图联系自己工作实际，分析成人教育目前存在的问题及原因，提出解决问题的一些建议，以资同行借鉴。
