| 摘 要： | 科学发展观为党加强自身建设和党员的全面发展提出了更高要求,也为党领导国家实现全面协调可持续发展指明了方向.抓好党内民主建设,是促进党建工作、落实科学发展观的基础和保证,也是发展人民民主、建设好社会主义民主政治的基础和保证.发展党内民主,是科学发展观对党建工作的客观要求,是贯彻落实科学发展观"以人为本"思想的基本要求,是党领导国家实现全面、协调、可持续发展的内在要求.本文试从以上几个"要求"的角度,对科学发展观与党内民主的关系进行探讨.
