| Abstract: | At present educators in the academic world focus on the hot research topic as to the adoption of new teaching concepts and linguistic aptitude tests to attain the objective of education reform,i.e.the transition of EFL education to quality education in institutions of higher learning.It is an appropriate measure to administer an effective,real and liable oral English test so as to raise the quality of university students. |
