| 摘 要： | 根据调查,目前高校师生关系存在一定程度的不和谐,其影响因素来自多方面,有的来自社会的多元价值观念混乱的影响,有的来自学校管理制度人文关怀的欠缺.既有教师的原因也有学生本身的原因.可以从净化社会风气,倡导尊师重教,加强学校的人文管理,净化高校文化,提高教师素质,强化"教师本身就是教育手段"的观念等方面来改善师生关系,提高教育教学效果.
