| 摘 要： | 保障独立学院人才培养质量是国家、社会、家庭对学校的迫切要求，因此独立学院应该确立人才培养质量至上的办学理念。应该从加强师资建设来提高教育教学质量、适应市场需求来强化实践实训质量、创新工作思路来提升毕业生就业质量三个方面构建独立学院人才培养质量保障体系。
