| 摘 要： | 基础教育课程改革的开展，赋予了教师工作新的内涵和要求，传统教育观念、教学过程和教学管理等已成了影响新课改的“茧缚”。作为课改一线的教师，必须重新调整角色位置，自觉提高角色赋予的素质要求，重塑角色新形象。这是新课改的基础,同时也是教师职业可持续发展的要求。

| Abstract: | Teachers are gifted with new meanings and requirement with the progress of course reform in the fundamental education. Traditional education concept, the process of education and the management of education have become 'barriers' which delay the development of new course reform. As a teacher who is struggling in the frontier of course reform, one should re-regulate the position of his role, be conscious to raise the quality entrusted by the role, and reconstruct the image of the role. This is the foundation of the new course reform as well as a necessity of the career of teacher. |
