| 摘 要： | 1999年6月,欧洲29个国家负责高等教育的部长共同签署了旨在建成＂欧洲高等教育区＂的博洛尼亚宣言,启动了欧洲高等教育一体化进程,在博洛尼亚进程中,有关高等教育公平的议题尤为引人关注。文章对博洛尼亚进程所体现的高等教育公平、高等教育公平所面临的挑战以及对我国高等教育有何启示进行阐述并加以评论。

| Abstract: | On June 19th, 1999, Ministers responsible for higher education from 29 European countries signed the Bologna Declaration to establish European Higher Education Area, which started up the convergent process of European higher education. In the Bolonia Process, the higher education equity is embodied vividly. This paper mainly expatiates and comments on the higher education equity, the challenges which the higher education equity faces and the revelation for Chinese higher education. |
