| 摘 要： | 相对高校教师完善的关键绩效指标(KPI)体系,我国高校中层管理人员的KPI体系还没有建立。通过引入在企业中大量使用的平衡计分卡(BSC),对构建高校中层管理人员的KPI体系进行了探讨,对完善我国高校中层管理人员的考评具有一定的参考价值。
