| 摘 要： | 采用网格法,对金州区内居民、工业、商业、交通、园林等用地面积、人口分布、环境噪声源结构及环境噪声现状综合分析,定量确定,超前划分,反复论证,对城市道路、铁路交通噪声传播规律,机场噪声和风景游览区噪声控制标准等关键问题进行深入地研究,为解决区划中的技术难点和边界处理等关键问题,提供方法。可在中、小城市环境噪声功能区划应用中推广。

| Abstract: | The Jinzhou District environmental protection bureau took the lead in 1992 in the Jinzhou city to develop the Jinzhou District urban environment noise criterion to be suitable the regionalism work,used the method of lattice,underwent the generalized analysis,the quota determined,divided in advance,proved repeatedly,definite noise function regionalization result.Organizes the Department concerned experts after the science committee to consider,the appraisal,through approval.Thought that this regionalization result has the feasibility and objective,scientific,accurate,is suitable and so on characteristics,and has in advance consciousness.This achievement may in Chinese,in the small urban environment noise function regionalization work be supposed to have the promotion. |
