| 摘 要： | 在大学城的建设和管理中,制度创新是至关重要的。如运用先进管理科学的BPR理论,按照市场经济和高等教育规律来创建管理制度。从宁波高教园区的实证研究分析可以看出,只有创新大学城的管理制度,才能使作为高等教育新生事物的大学城健康发展并发挥出巨大的作用。

| Abstract: | The innovation of system plays a critical role in the construction and administration of university city. For example the BPR theory of advance administrative science should be applied to establishment of administrative system according to the laws of market economy and higher education. The demonstration and analysis of Ningbo Higher-education zone can give us the idea that only by innovating the administrative system of university city, can university city as a new thing of higher education bring into great play. |
