建立和健全新时期高校教师激励机制的思考

摘    要:如何发挥高校人力资源的优势,调动教师的工作积极性,实现高校健康、快速、可持续发展,是新时期我国高校管理者和理论工作者面临的重大问题,而完善的教师激励机制是应对上述挑战的关键所在。本文以人本主义理念为主线,结合有关需求激励原理,从高校教师的独特需求出发,简述了高校教师的需求特点,分析了高校教师激励机制存在的问题,提出了完善高校教师激励机制的路径。

Abstract:How to make best of the university's advantage in human resources and mobilize the initiative of teachers to ensure a healthy,speedy and sustainable development of universities is an essential issue facing the university managers and theoretical workers.A perfect incentive mechanism is the key solution to the problem.This paper,guided by theories of human-orientation and needs analysis,briefs the features of university teachers'needs,analyses the exisitng problems in the incentive mechanism and puts forward some proposals on perfecting the mechamism.
