| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育是现代教育改革的一个核心内容 ,现代教育技术为素质教育的实施营造适当的教育、教学环境 ,构建符合素质教育要求的课程体系和教材体系 .现代教育技术从理论与媒体两方面支持素质教育的实施 ,从呈现教育教学内容的形象化和多样化、优化教育教学信息传递过程、优化教育教学信息处理过程来促进素质教育的实施 .现代教育技术是时代的产物 ,在教育改革的关键时期与素质教育协同发展 ,将使学校教育丰富多彩 ,蓬勃发展 .

| Abstract: | Quality education plays a key part in the modern educational reform. Modern educational technology has provided it with proper curricular and textbook systems satisfying the requirement of quality education for education and teaching environments. Quality education has been put into effect with modern educational technology at its back, which promotes its application by presenting the vividness and variation of education and teaching contents, optimizing information process and information transmission of education and teaching. Modern educational technology, a product of modern times, will enrich the college education by its coodinative development with quality education. |
