| 摘 要： | 作为信息技术和证券市场发展的产物，网络证券已成为证券业发展的趋势。在加入WTO和金融全球化的形势下，我国网络证券业的发展急需建立集数据、业务管理和风险控制为一体的网络证券业务处理系统——集中式信息系统。本文主要介绍了集中式信息系统的特点、构建及安全管理等同题，并对其中的客户服务系统进行了简要分析。
