| 摘 要： | 当前高校教师评价工作存在着测评意义不明确、测评方法不系统、测评效果不明显、测评方案与实施措施不科学等问题.高校教师测评要坚持科学性、可操作性、有效性的原则,选择科学、合理的评价主体,以发展性评价为主,以奖惩性评价为辅.高校教师测评方案的实施要依据法规体现公正,要突出效率兼顾公平,要体现以人为本.

| Abstract: | There are the indeterminate meanings,the method to be not systematic,the appraisal effect to be unobvious,the scheme and measures to be unscientific in the college teacher's appraisal at present.College teacher appraisal should adhere to the principle of the scientific,exercisable and effective,choose the scientific,rational appraisal subject,take expansionary appraisal as the core,make rewards and punishments appraisal subsidiary.The implementation of the scheme of the college appraisal should according to the regulation justly,give prominence to the efficiency and equity concurrently;realize the human-oriented to promote the teaching. |
