| 摘 要： | 借鉴体育锻炼风险以及风险认知领域的相关研究成果,探讨中老年人体育锻炼的风险认知问题.首先,在阐述中老年人体育锻炼风险的基础上,界定中老年人体育锻炼风险认知的概念,分析体育锻炼风险认知在中老年人体育锻炼行为以及体育锻炼风险中的重要作用;其次,对中老年人体育锻炼中认知风险和客观风险之间产生偏差的因为做出理论解释;最后,就中老年人体育锻炼风险认知的研究构想进行说明,提出利用质性研究的方法构建中老年人体育锻炼风险认知的理论,编制调查表进行量化研究的研究方案,并对两种方法的结合使用进行评述.
