| Abstract: | The management of cadets is the core work of higher educational institutions.The cadet contingent is the base to construct the institutions and the melting pot for tempering the cadets.The contingent leaders play an important role in guiding and moulding the cadets on the way to success.The paper expounds what the cadres should do in creating a nice environment for nurturing the cadets and improving their own leading arts. |
