| Abstract: | There are some contradictions in teacher professional development such as profession independence and system bondage, indifference of education theory and experiential realization, individual development and school responsibility, students' subjective development and loss of teacher's self -value, imitation of teaching skills and art creation. Reasonable analysis and clearness of these contradictions are very significant to improve teacher professional development. |
