| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校教育事业的发展已经进入一个平衡与不平衡快速交替的时期，如何正确处理好稳定、发展与改革的关系对于高校的持续健康发展具有重要意义。高校只有认清稳定、发展与改革之间的辩证关系，加强对学校发展与改革的全面规划与深入研究，扎实推进学校的深层次改革，才能最终实现学校的良性发展。

| Abstract: | Higher education of our country is now on the way of rapid development interspersed with occasional imbalance. To deal in a proper way with the relationship between stability, development and reform is very important for a sustainable healthy development. Awareness of the dialectical relation between stability, development and reform and an all-around planning for the development and reform can ensure the promotion of in-depth reform and healthy development of universities. |
