| 摘 要： | 进入现代社会以来,人口产业结构的优化越来越依赖科学技术的进步,相应地,成人教育作为劳动力培训转移的主要力量,所面临的压力也越来越大。成人教育必须通过积极调整自身规模和结构、寻找教育资源等途径,应对人口产业结构变动带来的压力,努力实现健康发展,为人口产业结构优化贡献力量。

| Abstract: | Since access to modern society,the optimization of industrial structure of population increasingly depends on the progress of science and technology.Correspondingly,adult education as the main power of the training of workforce transfer faced increasingly pressure.Adult education must cope with stress by adjust its size and structure and find educational resources and so on.Endeavor to achieve healthy development and contribute to the optimization of industrial structure of population. |
