| 摘 要： | 建设性力量的整合是个体实现自我价值的根本保证。“真我”是个体建设性力量的源泉及其整合的基础，教育的根本任务就在于促使个体建设性力量整合能力的生成，并尝试着对具体途径进行了初步探讨，以期为我国当前素质教育改革提供新的理论视角。
