摘    要:在当前形势下,高等院校教育教学已与"互联网+"深度融合,传统的高等教育格局已经改变,此时教师在教育教学中的作用不容忽视,甚至尤显重要。文章主要从了解学生、尊重学生、以诚相待、因材施教、用情雕琢、博采众长和兼收并蓄等方面,针对当前新形势下实际教育教学过程中存在的问题,对教师教学情感投入和教师综合素质进行了探讨,以培养能够适应新形势发展的创新型高素质人才。

Abstract:Under the current situation,the education and teaching in universities and colleges have been deeply integrated with the "Internet +",and the traditional higher education structure has changed.At this time,the role of teachers in education and teaching can not be ignored,and is even more important.In view of the problems existing in the actual teaching process under the current situation,this paper mainly discusses teachers’ emotional involved and teachers’ comprehensive quality from the aspects of understanding students,respecting students,treating each other honestly,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,carving with emotions,learning from all their strengths and incorporating them,so as to cultivate innovative and high-quality talents adapting to and supporting the development of new situation.
