| 摘 要： | 2006年事业单位工作人员收入分配制度改革中所建立起来的工资制度,不但强化了工资的保障功能,也使工资的激励功能得到进一步的加强。研究工资的激励功能,既是为了透彻理解和灵活应用工资政策的实际需要,也是把握我国事业单位人事制度改革方向的客观要求。

| Abstract: | The institution personnel new salary distribution system established under the salary reformation during 2006 strengthened the salary assuring function and stimulation function.To study the stimulation function of salary is the realistic demand for intensive understanding and flexible applying salary system.Also is the impersonal demand to handle the institution's personnel system reformation. |
