| 摘 要： | 我国古代学校特别是书院已存在校训的原型,“校训”名称近代从日本引进。“校训”名称与我国古代书院“校训”原型相结合,完成了校训概念和原型的名实统一;“校训”名称与教会大学的“motto”（校训）相对应,完成了“motto”（校训）概念的中国化和本土化。日本“校訓”概念和西方教会大学校训实体双重影响,催生了我国近代大学校训的破土发芽,使得中国古代校训原型得以明确化、概念化。
