| 摘 要： | 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》（2010-2020）对学校美育提出了明确的要求。学校美育是促进学生全面发展、培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人的需要，然而，我国高等学校的美育教育明显不足。当前，高等学校应当按照《全国普通高等学校公共艺术课程指导方案》的要求，切实加强公共艺术教师队伍建设、课程建设，逐步完善学校美育教育体系。

| Abstract: | The Stare Medium and-long-Term Educational Reformation and Development Program （2010-2020） gives the definite requirements for aesthetic education, which is the necessity to foster the comprehensive development of students and cultivate qualified successors for the socialist cause. Because of the serious insufficiency of aesthetic edu- cation, universities should strengthen the construction of teacher team and curriculum of public art according to The Sate Instruct Scheme for Pubh＇c Art Courses to consummate eventually the aesthetical educational system. |
