摘    要:对我国基础教育阶段中小学科学课程教育师资的匮乏问题作了探析 ,主张高师院校根据自身的实际情况对在职理科教师进行继续教育。文中着重就高师院校通过继续教育而使中小学理科教师成为科学教育本科专业人才的优势和方式两方面进行了探讨 ,并提出了具体的实施计划。

Abstract:This paper discusses and analyzes the problem that the power of science course education teachers in primary and middle schools is very short at the foundation stage, and claims teacher colleges to educate the incumbency teachers of the primaries and middle schools according to actual circumstance.The authors puts forward their own standpoints that teacher colleges train teachers of the primary and middle school into science education teachers by continuing education.
