摘    要:发展性评价是一种以促进评价对象可持续发展为目的、面向未来、以人为本的理论。军队院校新一轮教学工作评价将在发展性评价理论的指导下,突出"增量评价、特色评价、过程评价、长效评价、综合评价"五个基本特征。在为适应新一轮教学工作评价的要求而构建有效运行的教学工作评价长效机制中,军队院校应当完善教学评价的组织机构,强化院校的教学制度建设,健全教学质量内部监督机制和评估机制。

Abstract:Development evaluation is a future-oriented and people-centered theory by which to promote people’s sustained development.Based on the development evaluation,a long-effect evaluation mechanism of teaching work needs to be improved in the new situation:perfecting the organization of teaching evaluation,strengthening the supervision mechanism of teaching quality,developing the inner-evaluation mechanism and establish quality and encouragement mechanism.
