| 摘 要： | 对托马斯·胡德（ThomasHood）的《缝衣曲》（SongoftheShirt）在近代中国的三个译本作比较分析，可以勾画出近代英诗汉译的变化轨迹。从翻译目的来看，马君武强调“新文明之输入”、胡适“不作无关世道之文章”，而刘半农则关注原诗“刻画贫女心理之周至”，体现了近代译者从注重原文社会效果到原文艺术特色的变化；而从翻译方法来看，“豪杰译”到“直译”的变化则体现了近代译者对原作的逐渐尊重。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to explore the changes of poetry translation in the early 20th century by means of analyzing three different versions of Thomas Hood＇s Song of the Shirt. As far as the purpose of the translation is concerned, Ma Jun-wu and Hushi focuse on the social effect of the original, while Liu Ban-nong more on the artistic feature. In terms of the translation method, the change from extreme domestication to literal translation demonstrates the increasing respect to the original. |
