| 摘 要： | 图书馆文化是图书馆发展的特定产物，同时又对图书馆发展产生重要作用。图书馆文化具有多种特征与功能：时代性特征与导向功能；自动化特征与服务功能；辐射性特征与教育功能；社会化特征与效益功能；群体性特征与凝聚功能。当前，加强图书馆文化建设应着力抓好以下几个方面：坚持以人为本，把促进人的全面发展作为图书馆文化建设的核心；创建学习型图书馆，提高馆员素质；保持图书馆本色，强化文化职能；加强制度建设，规范图书馆文化。

| Abstract: | Library culture is a specific outcome in the process of library development, while at the same time it plays an important role in library development. Library culture has many features and functions: the feature of the times and the function of orientation; the feature of automation and the function of service; the feature of radiation and the function of education; the feature of socialization and the function of beneficial result; the feature of community and the function of coherence. At present, in order to promote the construction of library culture, we should undertake the following efforts: adhering to the human-oriented concept and regarding the promotion of the overall development of man as the core of construction of library culture; building up learning library and improving professional quality of librarians; maintaining the library nature and intensifying its cultural functions; and strengthening institutional construction and standardizing library culture as well. |
