| Abstract: | At present,full time adult learning is being adopted by more and more adults to improve themselves.However,the way to educate and manage these adult learners is immature and needs improvement.This paper analyzes the present situation of full time adult learners,and then suggests basic principles and methods in education and teaching management to better our full time adult education. |
