| 摘 要： | 荧光定量PCR技术是在普通PCR技术基础上建立起来的一种利用标准曲线对未知模板进行定量分析的方法.它特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简便、快速高效,在疾病诊断、食品检测、环境监测以及生物学研究等方面具有广泛的应用前景.在阐述荧光定量PCR技术原理的基础上,系统论述了该技术在各方面的应用.

| Abstract: | Real-time flurecenece quantitive PCR is developed on the basis of ordinary PCR,which quantifies the template by means of standard curve.It is specific,sensitive,simple,fast and efficient.The mechanism of real-time flurecenece quantitive PCR,and systematically demonstrated its application in medical diagnosis,food testing,environmental monitoring,biological research and other fields was reviewed. |
