| Abstract: | Modem distance education adapts to the development of present society and e-conomy and solves the problems of Chinese large population into the preponderance of personnel resources. It is the best way to raise the ideological and moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities of Chinese people,and one of the important methods to vitalizing China education. RTVU is the main forces in open distance education and needs to emancipate the mind,transform the idea and accelerate the reform of teaching contents and course systems. RTVU should strengthen the construction of multi-media computer network, improve the level of modern educational technique, build up the well-equipped learning support service systems and train a army of qualified teachers for modern and open distance learning. RTVU should also cooperate with other institutions of higher education and adult education and share teaching resources,constructing the systems of Chinese modem and open distance education together. |
