| 摘 要： | 自素质教育实施以来，永州地区教育系统设法加大投入，改善办学条件，中学阶段音乐教学取得了显著提高。但也存在着许多问题：完全中学和乡村初级中学师资力量、教学设施差距大；音乐教学过分地注重艺术声考升学率；音乐课堂中流行音乐盛行。要解决这些问题，必须转变高级中学音乐教育观念，改变音乐教育模式，树立科学的音乐教育观；整顿流行音乐主导永州地区中学课堂之风，创建规范的中学音乐课堂；加强专业音乐师资力量软件、硬件方面的建设；因地制宜．敢于创新．提高学生学习音乐的兴趣。

| Abstract: | Since the implementing of the quality-oriented education,the Yongzhou region has tried to put more capital into education system to improve the education condition and has made great progress.The author has done a comprehensive survey on the middle school music teaching,which reflects some problems existing.In order to solve these problems,we should change the education concept and build regulated music class,at the same time,we should make use of the regional condition and strengthen the construction of musical faculty. |
