| 摘 要： | 学术制度化就是学术组织特征和模式的形成过程。从大学发展史来考察,大学学术的制度化经历了古希腊、古罗马时期的萌芽阶段,中世纪大学的自发阶段,现代大学的积极探索、建构阶段。有效的学术制度既有约束性,又有激励功能,学术走向制度化,不仅是学术活动规范化的需要,更是学术发展的自身逻辑。

| Abstract: | Academic institutionalization suggests the formation course of academic framework and pattern features. In accordance with the development history of university,we found that the academic institution had been went through the origin phase in ancient Greece-Rome, the spontaneity phase in medieval age,the conformation in modern universities. Effective academic institutions have restrictions as well as stimulation functions. Academic institutionalization expressed the need of academic standardization and the logic of academic development. |
