论创建和强化远程教学的长效机制

摘    要:创建和强化远程教学的长效机制,已成为我国远程教学管理的一种迫切需求。应该把人本主义教育理念,基于网络的个埘化自主学习及综合学习模式,构建技能型知识结构的实践性教学过程,以技能教育质量、实践教育质量为主要形态的教学质量体系等要素,纳入现代远程教学的长效机制,并通过高度开放、人本化、规范化、高效率的教学管理来实现这个长效机制。

Abstract:It is urgent for distance teaching administration to establish and enhance the long-term and effective mechanism of distance teaching in China, which should take into the following key elements: humanism education principle, online autonomy-study and synthesis-study modes, practical teaching for constructing skill knowledge, and teaching evaluation system that is mainly characterized by skill education quality and practical education quality. At the same time, highly-open, humanistic, standard and high-efficient education administration should be carried out to implement the long-term and effective mechanism.
