摘    要:我国基础教育课程改革的深化阶段,其重心转向学校自主推进的变革,课程实施趋近常态化的变革性教学实践.在此背景下,教师的专业发展指向变革性实践主体,"经验定势"和"理论固化"高原现象成为学校和教师必须面对的问题.从内在变革的视角看,能否规避或逾越专业发展的高原期取决于专业发展主观倾向、创新型教学环境、成长空间延展等几个方面相互作用的态势.

Abstract:While entering the phase of deepening reform , the focus of curriculum reform in basic education has been shifted to school-orientation , and curriculum implementation tended to normalized transformational teaching practice . In this context , teachers' professional development points to the subject of transformational practice . Plateau phenomena like "experience-set" and "theory-set" have become inevitable problems confronted by schools and teachers . From the perspective of internal transformation , avoiding or overcoming plateau phase depends on interaction among subjects' develop tendency , innovative teaching environment , and expanded grow th space .
