| 摘 要： | 通过对ERP(企业资源计划)概念特征的介绍,探讨了中国企业在导入ERP时管理理念不能与ERP对接存在的问题。并指出企业决策层和员工都应该从理念上加深对ERP的认识,并按照ERP基本理念再造业务流程,这是企业实施ERP的关键成功因素。

| Abstract: | Through introduction to the concept and features of ERP, the paper studies the existing problems when ERP is introduced into China's enterprises and it points out the successful key factors of that decision-making tier, and employee should deepen the cognition to ERP go ahead from idea and rebuild business technological process in the light of the fundamental idea of ERP. |
