对男子大学生中跑运动员赛前准备阶段专项耐力组合训练效果的探讨

摘    要:为提高我国男子大学生中跑运动员赛前短期集训的科学化水平,本文利用实验法、数理统计法和比较法等,探讨组合训练法对我国男子大学生中跑运动员赛前准备阶段专项耐力的影响。结果显示:男子大学生中跑运动员赛前准备阶段,经组合训练后,最大摄氧量、400m和100m跑后血乳酸变化最大值、血液中血红蛋白的含量等都明显增加,而尿液中尿蛋白的含量明显减少,基础心率不变,这说明组合训练法能明显提高赛前准备阶段的男子大学生中跑运动员的专项耐力。

Abstract:In order to improve the training level of male college student mid-distance runners, by the methods of experiment,statistics and comparison ,the effects of combined trains in the phase preparing for match among the male college mid-distance runners are studied. The finds show the method of combined training can improves the indexes of VO2max, BLA, Hb and diminishes the index of U-Pro of male college mid-distance runners
