摘    要:教师信息化素养是教师整体素养的有机组成部分,但当前高校教师存在观念陈旧、信息意识淡薄、信息技术使用的创新能力不高等问题,制约着高校教育现代化的发展。要提高高校教师的信息化素养,教师必须更新观念,增强其对信息的敏感度和创新能力。同时高校还要建立一套行之有效的管理制度,做好教师的培训工作。
