| 摘 要： | 情绪智力是当今广受欢迎但又充满争议的概念。很多研究表明它是一种非认知性的能力，但没有证据表明它是一种独立存在的智力形式。因此，把情绪智力视为一种智力是错误的，它应该被正确命名为情感能力。

No evidence has qualified it as a kind of independent ability, but many studies have proved it to be a non-cognitive ability. So EI cannot be considered as a kind of intelligence. It is more proper to call it emotional competence. |
