| 摘 要： | 青少年违法犯罪己是世界上各个国家存在的普遍共性问题，重视这个问题就是重视国家未来的发展。通过对青少年违法犯罪状况的分析，面对自身失范、家庭失控、学校失教、社会失保的孩子，决不能等到他们给社会和个人酿成祸害时才给予关注。加强青少年违法犯罪的预防和治理，加快青少年违法犯罪的工作对策研究，给青少年一个健康洁净的环境健康成长，已成为关系国家前途和民族命运的特殊希望工程。

| Abstract: | Juvenile delinquency is a common problem in all countries all over the world. Due attention paid to this problem means a lot to the future development of a country. Based on the analysis of the situation of juvenile delinquency, the face of their anomie, families out of control, loss of school education, social protection of lost children, the author holds that we must not take a wait - and - see attitude. It is of vital importance to take preventative measures, conduct corresponding researches and build a safe and healthy environment for youngsters, which is a special hope project concerning the country＇s future and destiny of our nation. |
