| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the modern instructional theory-constructivism, this paper sets forth personal standpoints and views on the guiding thoughts, fundamental contents, etc. of the instructional mode and design, which is based on the E-learning of the campus network. These may possess a certain significance and consulting value to the primary and middle school education or teaching reform. |
