| Abstract: | Starting from the social needs of teachers＇ profession and the self needs of teachers＇ development this thesis defines eight aspects of the goals of teachers＇ specialization development.The goals consist of human spirit,specialized knowledge,moral character,practical wisdom,innovation consciousness,self-consciousness,study ability and professional well-being. |
