摘    要:我国基础教育课程改革已经进行了整整十年。在十年过后的今天,我们发现,基础教育状况并非某些教育行政部门的领导和教育界的学者、专家们说的那样"成效显著""战果辉煌"。实际情况是,不少教师至今都不会运用新课改理念处理教材、设计课堂、从事课堂教学实践等,酿成了"专家叫好,教师叫苦,学生喊冤"的后果。因此,转变基础教育领域教师的教育教学观念,提升基础教育领域教师的新课改理念,提高基础教育领域教师的课堂教学设计和实践水平,增强基础教育教师的教育教学智慧等,既是当前新课改的重要工作,也是各个教育行政部门和学校的紧迫任务。

Abstract:China’s basic education curriculum reform has been a full decade,a decade after today,we found that the situation is not very good.The reality is,many teachers still are not using the new curriculum ideas handling materials,design classroom and practice classroom teaching,etc.,led to the consequences of"expert applauded,crying teachers,students innocence".Therefore,it is an important work and task to us to change the idea of basic education and teachers,to enhance education idea of teachers and to improve basic education teachers’ instructional design and classroom practice.
