| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料与问卷调查等研究方法,探析了21世纪我国普通高校体育教师人才素质的构成要素。结果显示,品格、治学、科研、教学、专业知识、综合知识、跨学科学习、竞争、协作与掌握操作工具等方面的能力,是高校体育教师人才素质构成的重要因素。

The results show that the personality .pursuing studies .scientific research, teaching, special knowledge,cooperation and the handle of operative means are the component elements of P. E. teachers'talent. |
