| 摘 要： | 通过对运动训练专业培养目标现状的分析研究，得出运动训练专业培养目标应由“单一目标”向“多目标”转变；人才培养规格应由“专门”型向培养“通才”型人才方向发展；同时运动训练专业应建立高水平运动队，以保证培养目标的实现，充分体现专业办学特色。

| Abstract: | BY analyzing the current cultivation goals of students majoring in athletics, the author concludes that the unitary goal must be transferred to multiple ones, and training experts be changed to training versatile personals. At the same time, sports colleges should found top sports teams so as to ensure the attainment of the goals and thoroughly materialize the characteristics of the major. |
